Sub-processors

Depending on the deployment, causaLens may use the third parties below to process personal data on behalf of customers. Where a third party processes personal data on our behalf, we require a written data-processing agreement with appropriate safeguards.
We conduct due diligence before engaging sub-processors. We assess the risk of every provider with access to customer data at least annually. Where a sub-processor involves a cross-border transfer of personal data, we assess that transfer under applicable data protection law. We give customers advance notice of changes and an opportunity to object.
Customer environments are hosted in the location agreed for that deployment. AI requests may also be processed by the model services used for the customer's deployment. For Customer-Hosted Deployments, customers provide the hosting infrastructure and model services. Any separately agreed causaLens-hosted services are covered by the relevant entries in this list.
